Common Causes For Render/ Cladding Cracks

1. Poorly Applied Render

Render mix may be weak due to insufficient cement and excessive sand.
High sand ratio can hinder paint adhesion, leading to peeling.

2. STRUCTURAL MOVEMENT

House movement may be caused by soil conditions or poor foundations.

3. NO TOP COAT OVER TEXTURE COATING.

Some Renderers/ Builders avoid the top coat to save costs or due to very low margins/ shortcuts.
